Operations Manager Kapila Hewa has 22 years experience as a Chef himself, and comes from five star hotels in Europe, Asia and the Middle East. He has worked in Melbourne for the last ten years, in a variety of different cuisines and prestigious hotels, restaurants, aged care facilities etc.

 

Kapila has turned his passion for cooking and desire to assist with the industry shortfalls into his company, Star Chefs.
